2. Who can use PebbleAi được dùng Pebble

Pebble is strictly for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or provide personal data. Pebble chỉ dành cho người từ 18 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý cho phép người dưới 18 tuổi tạo tài khoản hoặc cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân.

3. Data we collectDữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

• AccountTài khoản: email, a securely hashed password, name, username, date of birth / age, and gender.email, mật khẩu đã băm an toàn, tên, tên người dùng, ngày sinh / tuổi và giới tính.

4. How we use your dataCách chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu

We process your data to: match you and compute similarity; run the icebreaker games and the gradual photo reveal; deliver chat; keep the community safe (moderation, reports, blocks); compute your Sincere Score; suggest date venues; send notifications; provide support; and comply with the law. Our legal bases are your consent and the performance of our agreement with you (Decree 13/2023). Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu để: ghép đôi và tính độ tương hợp; vận hành game phá băng và mở ảnh dần; gửi tin nhắn; giữ cộng đồng an toàn (kiểm duyệt, báo cáo, chặn); tính Sincere Score; gợi ý địa điểm hẹn; gửi thông báo; hỗ trợ bạn; và tuân thủ pháp luật. Cơ sở pháp lý là sự đồng ý của bạn và việc thực hiện thỏa thuận với bạn (Nghị định 13/2023).

5. Automated processing & AIXử lý tự động & AI

To keep conversations safe, messages and posts are automatically scanned by an AI model hosted by Groq, Inc. (currently a Qwen model) to classify harassment and safety signals, surface conversation "moments", and inform trust-score signals. Content is sent for inference only. No automated decision is final — if you believe a safety action was wrong, you can contest it at [email protected] and a human will review it. Để giữ hội thoại an toàn, tin nhắn và bài đăng được quét tự động bởi một mô hình AI đặt tại Groq, Inc. (hiện là mô hình Qwen) nhằm phân loại quấy rối và tín hiệu an toàn, phát hiện "khoảnh khắc" hội thoại, và hỗ trợ tính điểm tin cậy. Nội dung chỉ được gửi để suy luận. Không có quyết định tự động nào là cuối cùng — nếu bạn cho rằng một hành động an toàn là sai, hãy phản hồi tại [email protected] và con người sẽ xem xét lại.

6. Sharing & service providersChia sẻ & nhà cung cấp dịch vụ

We do not sell your personal data and we do not run third-party advertising. We share data only with the processors we need to run Pebble: Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không chạy quảng cáo bên thứ ba. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu với các đơn vị xử lý cần thiết để vận hành Pebble:

Other users of Pebble see: your profile and photos (revealed according to your icebreaker progress), your Sincere Score, and your approximate distance. Người dùng Pebble khác nhìn thấy: hồ sơ và ảnh của bạn (mở dần theo tiến trình phá băng), Sincere Score của bạn, và khoảng cách gần đúng.

7. International transfersChuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài

Some processors above operate outside Vietnam, so your data may be transferred and processed abroad. We handle such transfers in line with the cross-border provisions of Decree 13/2023. Một số đơn vị xử lý ở trên hoạt động ngoài Việt Nam, nên dữ liệu của bạn có thể được chuyển và xử lý ở nước ngoài. Chúng tôi thực hiện việc chuyển này theo quy định chuyển dữ liệu xuyên biên giới của Nghị định 13/2023.

8. Retention & deletionLưu giữ & xóa

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account); this cascades your account data and purges your media from storage. Residual copies may remain in backups and safety logs for up to [30 days — confirm]. You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Chúng tôi lưu dữ liệu khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong app (Cài đặt → Xóa tài khoản); thao tác này xóa dây chuyền dữ liệu tài khoản và xóa media khỏi kho lưu trữ. Bản sao còn sót có thể tồn tại trong bản sao lưu và nhật ký an toàn tối đa [30 ngày — cần xác nhận]. Bạn cũng có thể yêu cầu xóa qua email [email protected].

9. Your rightsQuyền của bạn

Under Decree 13/2023 you have the right to be informed; to give and withdraw consent; to access and correct your data; to delete it; to restrict or object to processing; to complain; and to claim damages. To exercise any of these, use the in-app controls or email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 72 hours where the Decree requires it. Theo Nghị định 13/2023, bạn có quyền được biết; đồng ý và rút lại đồng ý; truy cập và chỉnh sửa dữ liệu; xóa dữ liệu; hạn chế hoặc phản đối việc xử lý; khiếu nại; và yêu cầu bồi thường. Để thực hiện, dùng công cụ trong app hoặc email [email protected]. Chúng tôi cố gắng phản hồi trong 72 giờ khi Nghị định yêu cầu.

10. SecurityBảo mật

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and moderation rate-limits. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information. Chúng tôi bảo vệ dữ liệu bằng mã hóa khi truyền, kiểm soát truy cập và giới hạn tần suất kiểm duyệt. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi luôn nỗ lực bảo vệ thông tin của bạn.

11. ChildrenTrẻ em

Pebble is an 18+ service. We do not knowingly process the data of anyone under 18. If you believe an underage person is using Pebble, report it to [email protected] and we will remove the account. Pebble là dịch vụ 18+. Chúng tôi không cố ý xử lý dữ liệu của người dưới 18 tuổi. Nếu bạn cho rằng có người chưa đủ tuổi đang dùng Pebble, hãy báo về [email protected] và chúng tôi sẽ gỡ tài khoản.
